It doesn’t matter if things aren’t perfect, my practice is my time to feel alive, loved and free. Having adopted Hatha Yoga Practice and certified from Sivananda Vendanta Yoga Centre, Kerela, learning from teachers like Bharat Shetty, from Yoga India, Mysore, Deepika Mehta (Ashtanga Expert) Iyenger Teachers like Sharat Arora (HIYC) and others, helped me fine-tune my teaching skills and self-practice. Beginners and continuing students, all are welcome in the class!

Teaching Yoga to children helps them develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination.
Yoga has also been shown to help the hyperactive and attention-deficit child. These children crave movement and sensory/motor stimulus. The trick is to get beyond just “doing” the posture. Try to get them to think about what the postures mean, to become like the postures — strong and confident like the pose itself.
